Built on the experience of our founder, who started as a private domestic cleaner in 2018, Saniplex has rapidly grown into a trusted name in the cleaning industry.
Our journey began with a commitment to excellence, enhanced by specialist training with Ultima in Bristol—leaders in trauma and after-death cleaning. This training provided us with the expertise and confidence to take on sensitive and highly specialised cleaning jobs. In addition, our early experience in after-construction cleaning led us to establish strong partnerships with local building contractors, where we quickly became a preferred provider. Today, we continue to work on high-profile construction projects, ensuring newly built or renovated spaces are spotless and ready for use.
In the commercial sector, we’re proud to partner with Marton Mere Haven Holiday Park, one of the region’s largest holiday parks. Leveraging our extensive experience in cleaning Airbnbs and holiday lets, we secured a two-year contract with Haven in 2022, delivering exceptional results and building a relationship that we look forward to continuing.
